Well I did the Garden House again and than I got to water and fertilize all the annual pots in our area!! This was fun and I wish I would have known what the fertilizer was... I got it from the greenhouse and it was bright blue!!
After that we had a workshop on trucks and golf carts... this was cool but no one really wants me to drive... they will let Gracy drive and I get to ride in the back!!!! Its really pretty funny :)
We also had another workshop right after on sharpening our hand pruners!!!! This was great because mine were terrible ... I had tried telling someone but they didnt see problem with them so I figured it was how I used them... But today in our workshop I found out it was not just me and that they really do actually stick as pruners... I got a different pair!!!!! With the workshop we learned how to take them apart and clean them and sharpen them... this was way cool and I felt cool because I know how to do all that now :)
In the afternoon for our group project we started prepping the charte for planting... this was fun but it was soooooo stinking hot that we were all just melting. To prep the beds we first put ouster shell down than had to root prune and fork the beds... after that we leveled them out and got ride of all the little chunks!!!!!
Funny story from today... a little girl to her mom "what are they doing... are they gardening??" mom to little girls "Yes" little girl again "Well its doesn't look like their having very much fun..." hahahah... I loved this!!!!
